Returns & Refunds

Easy 14-day returns on unworn items.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Start a Return
To start a return, email info@knaffsportswear.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

Our team will provide you with the return instructions.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Sale items cannot be returned

  • Accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

  • Orders must be returned separately

Items showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, deodorant marks or damage may be refused.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@knaffsportswear.com before returning the item so we can resolve the issue for you.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
